Pineapple-celery juice: a concentrate of benefits

What you need:
- 150 grams of fresh pineapple
- A fresh stalk of celery
- Half a peeled cucumber
- The juice of half a lemon
- 10 cl of water or coconut water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients finely, filter if necessary, and enjoy chilled.
