2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
2 eggs, beaten
2 green onions, chopped

For the yum yum sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar or water
