Instructions:
step 1 Start by mixing all yum yum sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
step 2 In a hot skillet or griddle, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook steak cubes with garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until seared and cooked to your liking. Remove and keep warm.
step 3 In the same skillet, melt another tbsp butter and cook shrimp with garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
step 4 Heat oil in a clean skillet or wok. Add vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
step 5 For the fried rice, heat sesame oil in a skillet. Add eggs and scramble. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, butter, and green onions. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until well mixed and heated through.
step 6 Plate the hibachi steak, shrimp, vegetables, and fried rice. Serve with a side of yum yum sauce.

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat each component separately in a skillet or microwave for best results. Stir in a little water or butter if needed to refresh moisture.
