Ingredients:

For the hibachi steak and shrimp:
1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter (for each protein)
1 tsp garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

For the hibachi vegetables:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

For the fried rice:
2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
2 eggs, beaten
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sesame oil

For the yum yum sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar or water
1 tsp paprika
