A South African township favorite, the Kota sandwich (short for “quarter loaf”) is a bold, messy, flavor-packed street food masterpiece. This loaded sandwich uses a hollowed-out quarter loaf of bread and stuffs it with fries, sausages, meats, cheese, sauces, and whatever else your cravings call for. Perfect for sharing—or not!
