Foods he avoids at all costs

  • Sugar
    Apart from one vanilla ice cream a month, it eliminates refined sugar,  an enemy of the skin  which accelerates aging by altering collagen.
  • Beverages other than water
    No soda, not even juice. He drinks  almost exclusively water , with a light cappuccino  only when traveling.
  • Excess oil and salt
    He  rinses his dishes with hot water  to remove sauces or excess salt,  favors gentle cooking, steaming or grilling.
  • Alcohol
    He doesn’t consume  a single drop . According to him, alcohol  dries out the skin ,  slows digestion  and  promotes cellular aging.
  • Late Meals
    He observes a  7-hour fast before bed , a form of intermittent fasting that is beneficial for  metabolism and recovery.
