Instructions
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and place them in a large bowl.
Step 3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Step 4. Arrange the drumsticks on the prepared baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5. Mix the barbecue sauce and honey in a small bowl.
Step 6. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush generously with the barbecue glaze.
Step 7. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until fully cooked and caramelized.
Step 8. While the chicken cooks, prepare the crinkle-cut fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
Step 9. Combine the lettuce, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes in a salad bowl.
Step 10. Arrange the glazed chicken, fries, and salad on serving plates or meal-prep containers.
Step 11. Serve with mayonnaise or garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover chicken, fries, and salad separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep the dipping sauce refrigerated and covered.
Reheat the chicken in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10–15 minutes or until heated through.
Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer to restore crispness.
Do not reheat the salad; serve it fresh and chilled.
