Instructions
Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Add the diced onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5: Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Step 6: Drain excess grease if needed, then stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 7: Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Step 8: Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the beef sauce.
Step 9: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and allow it to melt before serving.
Step 10: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
