Breakfast Pancake Sandwich

Instructions

Step 1 In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2 In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Step 3 Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Step 4 Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook pancakes until golden on both sides. Set aside.
Step 5 Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 6 In the same skillet, cook sausage patties until fully cooked through.
Step 7 In a pan, melt butter and scramble eggs gently until soft and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8 Assemble the sandwich by placing a pancake on the bottom, then add cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and top with another pancake.
Step 9 Serve warm and enjoy.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Wrap sandwiches individually and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a microwave for 1–2 minutes or in a skillet over low heat until warmed through. You can also freeze them for up to 1 month; thaw overnight before reheating.
