Instructions
Step 1: Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches to avoid overcrowding, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 5: Return the steak bites to the skillet. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts and clings to the steak.
Step 6: For the pasta sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 7: Pour in the heavy cream and stir in cream cheese until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8: Stir the cooked rotini into the sauce, ensuring the pasta is thoroughly coated.
Step 9: Plate the creamy pasta and serve with the steak bites on the side or over the top. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Storage Information
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or milk to bring back the creaminess. For best texture, reheat steak bites separately to maintain their seared edges.
