Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Step 3: Take a small portion of beef mixture, flatten it in your hand, and place a cheddar cube in the center. Wrap the meat around the cheese to form a ball.
Step 4: Wrap each beef ball with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick if needed.
Step 5: Arrange the bacon-wrapped bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the beef is cooked through.
Step 6: In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush BBQ sauce over each bacon bomb and return to the oven to glaze.
Step 7: Let cool slightly before serving. Remove toothpicks and enjoy!
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through for best texture.
