Cheeseburger Stuffed Pastries

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.

Step 3: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well and simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 4: Lay out tortillas or crepes and add a scoop of the beef mixture in the center of each. Top with a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Step 5: Fold each side inward to form a square or rectangle, tucking ends under if needed.

Step 6: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.

Step 7: Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Storage Information

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. These pastries can also be frozen before or after baking for up to 2 months.
