Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper./n
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until softened./n
Step 3: Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant./n
Step 4: Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned and fully cooked./n
Step 5: Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then stir in the pizza sauce./n
Step 6: Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly before adding cheese./n
Step 7: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into rectangles, sealing perforations if needed./n
Step 8: Spoon the beef mixture onto each piece and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese./n
Step 9: Roll the dough around the filling, sealing the edges well./n
Step 10: Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush with beaten egg./n
Step 11: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through./n
Step 12: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or in the air fryer for a crispier texture. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat directly from frozen until heated through.
