Step 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until softened./n
Step 2 Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks./n
Step 3 Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, then mix well./n
Step 4 Stir in green onions and cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat./n
Step 5 Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread the beef mixture across the surface./n
Step 6 Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef mixture./n
Step 7 Roll the tortillas tightly into logs, sealing the edges.
Step 8 Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet or skillet.
Step 9 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes or cook in a skillet until golden and crispy on all sides./n
Step 10 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) to maintain crispiness. Avoid microwaving for too long as it may make the wraps soggy.
