Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

Step 2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.

Step 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
