Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to about 4 inches wide.
Step 3: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center of each biscuit.
Step 4: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Step 5: Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6: Brush each pie bomb generously with melted butter.
Step 7: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 8: Let them cool slightly before serving. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
Storage Information
Store cooled cherry pie bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 5-7 minutes for best results. These treats are best enjoyed warm!
