Instructions
step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
step 2 In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise to create a spread.
step 3 Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
step 4 Spread the mustard-mayo mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
step 5 Layer on the ham slices, followed by the chicken and shredded cheese.
step 6 Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the filling.
step 7 Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the ends.
step 8 Place the stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet.
step 9 Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if using.
step 10 Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
step 11 Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store any leftover stromboli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place slices on a baking sheet and warm in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Avoid microwaving to preserve the crispy crust.
