Instructions
Step 1 Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2 Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3 Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 4 In the same pan, add remaining oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 5 Add broccoli, carrots, and onions, cooking until tender-crisp.
Step 6 Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
Step 7 Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Step 8 Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan to slightly thicken the sauce.
Step 9 Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Step 10 Serve alongside or over warm rice, garnished with green onions.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or microwave until warmed through.
Add a splash of water when reheating to maintain moisture.
Avoid overcooking to keep vegetables crisp and chicken tender.
