Chocolate Crepes with Ice Cream

Instructions

Step 1 In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Step 2 Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Step 3 Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to form a thin crepe.
Step 4 Cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side.
Step 5 Repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a plate.
Step 6 Fold or roll the crepes into triangles or cylinders.
Step 7 Drizzle generously with chocolate sauce.
Step 8 Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
Step 9 Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top or on the side.
Step 10 Serve immediately while warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a pan or microwave until warm. For best results, add chocolate sauce and ice cream fresh when serving. Crepes can also be frozen for up to 1 month and reheated before use.
