Chocolate Drizzled Crepes

Instructions

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Step 2: Let the crepe batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes for the best texture.

Step 3: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

Step 4: Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

Step 5: Cook the crepe for about 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift.

Step 6: Flip the crepe carefully and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.

Step 7: Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 8: Spread chocolate hazelnut spread or drizzle melted chocolate onto each crepe.

Step 9: Roll the crepes tightly and arrange them on a serving plate.

Step 10: Drizzle additional melted chocolate over the top and dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
