Step 1: Spread a layer of peanut butter onto one cracker and top with another cracker to form a sandwich./n
Step 2: Repeat until all crackers are used and set aside./n
Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth./n
Step 4: Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating completely./n
Step 5: Place the coated crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet./n
Step 6: Optional: drizzle extra chocolate on top for decoration./n
Step 7: Let the bites sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate is set./n
Step 8: Serve and enjoy.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
These treats can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
