step 1 In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey (or corn syrup) and stir until smooth.

/ nstep 4 Scoop portions onto a parchment-lined tray, forming small nests or clusters.
/ nstep 5 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips (and butterscotch chips if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
/ nstep 6 Spoon melted chocolate over each nest.
/ nstep 7 Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
/ nstep 8 Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
/ nstep 9 Serve and enjoy.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. These treats do not require reheating. If they become too firm, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
