Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover lobster filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep the buns separate to prevent sogginess. The lobster mixture is best served chilled and should not be reheated. Fries are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 8–10 minutes to restore crispiness.
