Instructions
Step 1: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Step 3: Form the mixture into small meatballs.
Step 4: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
Step 5: Add marinara sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Step 6: Cover and cook for 15–20 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked.
Step 7: Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave until heated through.
Freeze meatballs and sauce separately for up to 2 months for best quality.
Add a splash of water or sauce when reheating to keep the pasta from drying out.
