Step 1: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease or line a loaf pan.

Step 2: In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Step 4: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Step 5: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Step 7: Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the batter.
/n
Step 8: Top with the remaining banana bread batter, smoothing the surface.

Step 9: Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the bread (not the filling) comes out clean.

Step 10: Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days due to the cream cheese filling. For best texture, bring to room temperature before serving or warm slices slightly in the microwave. This bread can also be frozen for up to 2 months; wrap tightly and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
