Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, chives, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Add cabbage, cucumbers, and shredded cheddar to the bowl. Toss until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
Step 3: Gently fold in most of the bacon, reserving some for topping.
Step 4: Scoop slaw into small serving cups or bowls. Top with extra bacon and a sprinkle of chives or cheese, if desired.
Step 5: Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Storage Information
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving if needed. Best enjoyed cold!
