Step 1 In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined./n
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the spinach until wilted, then remove from heat./n
Step 3 Spread the ricotta mixture onto one side of each slice of bread./n
Step 4 Layer mozzarella cheese, sautéed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese over half of the slices./n
Step 5 Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches./n
Step 6 Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich./n
Step 7 Cook in a skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side./n
Step 8 Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover sandwiches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving as it may make the bread soggy.
