Step 1: In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, parsley, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined. /n
Step 2: Form the mixture into evenly sized patties, about 2–3 inches wide. /n
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. /n
