Step 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops on both sides until golden brown. /nStep 2 Place the seared pork chops into the crockpot. /nStep 3 In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, onion soup mix, black pepper, and garlic powder. /nStep 4 Pour the mixture over the pork chops in the crockpot. /nStep 5 Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the pork chops are tender. /nStep 6 Spoon the gravy over the pork chops before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat on the stovetop or microwave until warmed through.
Add a splash of broth if needed to loosen the gravy when reheating.
