Instructions

Step 1. In a bowl, combine the beef cubes with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Step 3. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Toss the beef for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.

Step 4. For the fried rice, heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 12. Serve the garlic beef bites alongside the vegetable fried rice and stir-fried vegetables.
