Step 3: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. /n
Step 4: Stir in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. /n
Step 5: Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops. /n
Step 6: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the top. /n
Step 7: Bake for 12–15 minutes until scallops are opaque and lightly golden on top. /n
Step 8: Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispier topping. /n
Step 9: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
