Instructions:
step 1 Preheat your oven broiler to high and position the oven rack 5-6 inches from the heat source.
step 2 Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
step 3 Gently loosen the meat from the shell and lift it slightly to rest on top, keeping it attached at the base.
step 4 In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
step 5 Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
step 6 Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
step 7 Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Baste with more garlic butter halfway through if desired.
step 8 Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store any leftover lobster tails in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them in a baking dish with a splash of water or melted butter, cover with foil, and warm in a 300°F oven for 8-10 minutes. Avoid microwaving to prevent rubbery texture. Best enjoyed fresh.
