Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Step 2: Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4: Grill or bake the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 8: Arrange the grilled chicken, fries, sliced tomatoes, and red onion rings on serving plates or containers.
Step 9: Garnish the chicken and fries with fresh parsley and serve with the garlic sauce on the side.

Store leftover chicken, fries, and garlic sauce separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the chicken in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
