Instructions

Step 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 4. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.

Step 5. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring frequently, until soft and fluffy curds form.

Step 6. Remove the eggs from the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Step 7. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.

Step 8. Slice the avocado and arrange it neatly on one side of the plate.

Step 9. Place the smoked salmon alongside the toast.

Step 10. Add the sautéed spinach and fresh strawberries to the plate.

Step 11. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto the plate.

Step 12. Season the avocado and smoked salmon with freshly ground black pepper and everything bagel seasoning if desired.

Step 13. Serve immediately while the eggs are warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover scrambled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Keep the smoked salmon, avocado, strawberries, and spinach separate for the best freshness.
