Ingredients
1 unsliced quarter loaf of white bread, hollowed out
1 cup French fries or chunky slap chips
1 beef patty or slice of grilled steak
1 egg, fried or scrambled
2 slices cheese (cheddar or processed)
2 slices red vienna sausage or polony, fried
1/4 cup lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato (optional)
1 tablespoon diced onion (optional)
1 tablespoon chutney or BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
