Instructions

step 1 Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon garlic butter. Toss to coat and remove from skillet.
step 2 In the same skillet, add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon garlic butter. Stir well and remove from skillet.
step 3 In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add sliced onions, zucchini, and carrots. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and stir to coat.
step 4 For the fried rice, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, peas, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
step 5 Plate the steak and shrimp with a side of fried rice and sautéed vegetables. Serve hot and enjoy your hibachi-style meal at home.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat steak and shrimp in a skillet over low heat to maintain tenderness. Fried rice and vegetables can be reheated in a skillet or microwave until warmed through. Avoid overcooking shrimp when reheating.
