Instructions:
Step 1: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and butter, then cook the steak cubes with soy sauce until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: In the same skillet, add garlic butter and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In another pan or cleared space on the griddle, heat oil and sauté onions, carrots, and peas until tender.
Step 4: Push veggies to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until fully cooked.
Step 5: Add rice to the pan, then stir in soy sauce and butter. Mix everything together and cook until rice is heated through.
Step 6: In a separate pan, sauté zucchini slices in olive oil until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Plate the fried rice, steak, shrimp, and zucchini together. Serve hot with optional sauces.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat the steak and shrimp gently in a skillet or microwave to avoid overcooking. Fried rice and zucchini can be reheated in the microwave or on the stovetop with a splash of water or soy sauce.
