Hibachi Steak & Shrimp Plate with Yum Yum Sauce

step 1 In a small bowl, whisk together all yum yum sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the rest.
step 2 Heat sesame oil in a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes. Add half the garlic and butter during the last minute. Remove and set aside.
step 3 In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Add remaining garlic and butter. Set aside.
step 4 For the fried rice, push sautéed onions to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs. Mix with rice, corn, soy sauce, sesame oil, and butter. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, adding green onions at the end.
step 5 In a separate pan, sauté zucchini and onions in sesame oil until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
step 6 Plate the fried rice, sautéed vegetables, steak, and shrimp. Serve with a generous side of yum yum sauce.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat rice and vegetables in a skillet or microwave. Gently warm steak and shrimp to avoid overcooking. Stir the yum yum sauce before serving again.
