Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Arrange chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer, then season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 3: Roast the wings for 20 minutes until they begin to brown.
Step 4: While wings cook, combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, butter, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 5: Stir the glaze frequently until it becomes fragrant and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Step 6: Remove wings from the oven and brush generously with the honey garlic glaze, coating all sides.
Step 7: Return to the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until wings are caramelized and cooked through.
Step 8: Transfer wings to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley and chives.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors actually deepen overnight, making them even more delicious the next day.
To reheat, place wings on a baking sheet and warm in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes, or reheat in an air fryer for 5 minutes to restore crispiness.
You can also freeze cooked wings for up to 2 months. Simply thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
