Instructions:
step 1 In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
step 2 Marinate beef, chicken, and pork in the sauce mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
step 3 Preheat grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
step 4 Grill each type of meat until fully cooked and nicely charred, about 6–8 minutes per side depending on thickness.
step 5 Baste with leftover marinade during the last few minutes for extra flavor and gloss.
step 6 Serve the grilled meat hot on a large platter with grilled corn, potato salad, and spicy rice.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftover meats in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on a grill or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through. Reheat sides separately as needed.
