Jalapeño Poppers

Instructions

step 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
step 2 In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
step 3 Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
step 4 In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter.
step 5 Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs evenly over each filled jalapeño.
step 6 Top with crumbled bacon bits.
step 7 Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil to help them crisp.
step 8 Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
step 9 Let cool slightly before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover poppers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) until warmed through and crispy again. Avoid microwaving to maintain the crunchy topping.
