Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keeping them connected if possible). Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Step 3: Evenly spread the cooked beef mixture over the bottom buns. Layer cheese slices on top.
Step 4: Place the top buns over the cheese. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 5: Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results — they’ll stay crisp on the outside and gooey inside.
