Instructions

step 1 Cook the French fries until golden and crispy. Set aside.
step 2 Fry the beef patty until fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side. Fry the polony until browned, and fry the egg sunny side up or to your liking.
step 3 Slice the quarter loaf of bread and hollow out most of the inside to create space for the fillings.
step 4 Start layering: add fries at the bottom, followed by shredded lettuce, fried egg, polony, beef patty, and cheese.
step 5 Drizzle ketchup, spicy mayo, and BBQ sauce over the fillings.
step 6 Add more fries on top if desired, then cover with the top part of the bread.
step 7 Skewer to hold everything together if needed. Serve immediately while hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Kota is best enjoyed fresh due to its texture. If storing, keep the components separate and assemble before serving. Reheat patties and fries in the oven or air fryer for best results. Avoid microwaving the assembled sandwich to prevent sogginess.
