Instructions
Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2 Place the fish fillet in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Step 3 Season the fish with salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.

Step 4 Scatter cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic, and capers around and over the fish.

Step 5 Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 6 Remove from the oven and spoon the pan juices over the fish.

Step 7 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 325°F (165°C) until warmed through. Avoid microwaving for best texture, as fish can become rubbery.
