Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

For best freshness, slice avocados just before serving or toss them with a little lemon juice to reduce browning.

Hard-boiled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Keep the herb dressing in a separate container and drizzle just before serving.

This dish is intended to be served chilled or at room temperature and does not require reheating.

Freezing is not recommended, as the texture of the avocado, tomatoes, and eggs will deteriorate after thawing.
