Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
Step 2: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Add the diced onion and cook until softened, then stir in the minced garlic.
Step 5: Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
Step 6: Season the meat with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Step 7: Stir the marinara sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 8: In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Step 9: Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Step 10: Layer half of the cooked ravioli over the sauce.
Step 11: Spread half of the creamy cheese mixture over the ravioli.
Step 12: Add half of the meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Step 13: Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, cheese mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Step 14: Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Step 15: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 16: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Step 17: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Reheat portions in the microwave or warm the casserole in the oven at 350°F until heated through.
