Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 2: Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Step 3: Let the batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes for softer crepes.
Step 4: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
Step 5: Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling the pan to spread the batter into a thin layer.
Step 6: Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 7: Transfer the crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 8: Spread Nutella evenly over each crepe and roll or fold them.
Step 9: Drizzle with extra Nutella and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat crepes in a skillet over low heat or microwave for 15 to 20 seconds until warm.
Prepared crepes can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Separate each crepe with parchment paper before freezing.
