Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Let the batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the bubbles to settle.
Step 3: Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
Step 5: Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
Step 6: Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
Step 7: Spread Nutella over one side of each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.
Step 8: Fold or roll the crepes and drizzle with extra Nutella if desired.
Step 9: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave until warm. For best results, add fresh strawberries after reheating.
