Instructions
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Step 3: Stir in the tomato paste, marinara sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 4: Add the dry pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine, bring to a simmer, and cover. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5: Reduce heat to low. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan until melted and creamy.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with garlic bread for the ultimate cozy meal!
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth or cream to keep it saucy.
