Step 1: Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season the steak strips with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4: Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Return the steak strips to the skillet, mixing lightly to combine.
Step 5: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your restaurant-worthy one-skillet meal!
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth or butter if needed to loosen the sauce.
